Personality Poster

Directions:

Step1: Using the letters of your first name, create a list of words that positively describe you.  Correct spelling counts.

Step 2: Using a dictionary, on a separate sheet of paper define the words you used to describe yourself.

Step 3: Create a Thinking Map to showcase what qualities best describe you. Include interests, hobbies, etc. that tell about you.

Step 4: Create a five (5) paragraph story about yourself. Be sure to include the words from your list in your story and tell why you chose them as a description.

Step 5: Decorate a sheet of colored paper with your name, positive words and pictures/drawings that show your interests and hobbies. Be as creative as you can and remember to use good taste and present a positive portrayal of yourself.  (Do not include the definitions on this sheet.)
Scoring Breakdown (100 total):

1)  15 Points:  Positive word list, definitions, correct spelling.

2)  25 Points:  Thinking Map

3)  35 Points:  Five Paragraph Story of yourself with your selected words.

4)  25 Points:  The Final Cover Project (Step 5 from above)

*Please note, for each day that the project is late, 10 points will be deducted. Please turn in your assignments complete and on time.
