Nutrition Label Project

For each of your three (3) labels identify:

-The Serving Size
-Total Calories per Serving
-Fat Calories per Serving
-%DV’s for all listed items on the label (Name items and %DV)

For each of your labels and based on what you’ve learned in class and using the 5/20 Rule, is this food item nutritious or not? (Please do not base this decision on taste, smell, looks, etc. You’re basing it on its Nutrient Content.)

Be sure to embed all three of your labels on your document.
